Lulu Winery Island

Lulu Winery, located in Richmond, BC has been recognized in both nationally and internationally as the first wine showcase window at the Asia-Pacific Gateway in Canada. The winery is located immediately adjacent to the vineyards and holds 6 spacious country style tasting rooms.

Upon initial inspection, we saw areas on the roof that showed signs of pooling, aging and no maintenance. After cleaning the entire area, we installed an EPDM  with 80 mil mechanically fastened TPO system.

This project was completed within 2 weeks and includes a warranty.
