Case Study: 1638 Derwent Way, Delta, BC
This commercial roofing project at Hain celestial posed some very specific challenges. There was a number of large oversized rooftop equipment, cooling towers and chiller units used for the many industrial size freezers within the production facility. This facility is responsible for producing 30% of North America‘s vegetarian non-meat products that we buy in our grocery stores today The challenges were met by working in conjunction with the client and the mechanical contractor to ensure that successive and prompt shut downs, decommissioning, and subsequent recommissioning of all of the aforementioned equipment was completed in a timely manner, so as to allow the manufacturing facility to continue operation and providing the food goods needed by today’s consumer.
